Model Answer
One person that instantly comes to my mind when I think about someone who consistently presents intriguing and creative ideas and views is my younger cousin, Liam. He's just ten years old but he possesses an intellect and creativity that surpasses many adults I know.
Liam has a unique ability to question the status quo. He doesn't just accept only old ideas and things as they are, but he constantly explores new ideas and possibilities. His curiosity knows no bounds and it's truly remarkable how he can transform a simple everyday conversation into a brain-stimulating discussion. For instance, he once questioned why we only use certain colors for traffic lights and suggested an entirely new color coding system based on psychological studies of color perception. It's these kinds of ideas that make you pause and reconsider the world around you.
It's not just his great ideas that are fascinating, but also his opinions. Even though he’s still a child, he doesn’t just parrot what adults around him are saying. He has his own views on things and he's not afraid to voice them. He often gives us adults a fresh perspective on issues that we think we've understood. For instance, he had an alternative perspective on the generation gap, suggesting it was not just about age but also about the different cultural and technological contexts each generation grows up in.
Liam's parents play a significant role in fostering his creative thinking. They encourage him to read widely, learn foreign languages and they have taught him that it's okay to disagree, as long as you can back up your views. I believe this has helped him develop excellent speaking skills and critical thinking abilities at such a young age.
In a world where we often get caught in old ideas, Liam is a breath of fresh air. He gives us hope that the coming generation will usher in new, amazing ideas that will positively shape many people's lives. It's smart children like Liam who remind us that the limit of human creativity and innovation is far from being reached.

IELTS Preparation Tips - IELTS Speaking Part 2
For Part 2 IELTS Speaking, you'll be shown a prompt card with a particular topic, and it will also have an outline that you should discuss when you respond.
The second section of the test allows you to speak for an extended period about a topic.
Before you start speaking, you will get 1 minute to get ready to discuss the details on the question card.
A pencil and paper will probably be given so that you can make some notes about the topic.
Following the minute, you will have to talk for around 1 to 2 minutes.
This part of the IELTS Speaking interview will allow you to speak longer on the given subject.
Following on from your answer, the IELTS examiner will ask you a couple of questions related to the topic.

I know numerous individuals who have plenty of fascinating thoughts and ideas, but I would like to discuss my grandfather, on my father’s side, who is an extremely proficient individual in my eyes.
He is in his mid-seventies and resigned from the local education administration, some years ago. He isn't particularly tall, however, he looks very handsome, and, for the most part, he wears quite casual clothes, yet for formal events, he wears one of the many bespoke tailored suits he owns, which makes him look very distinguished.
He has an incredible comical inclination and can transform any serious situation into a light-hearted and humorous one.
Nobody ever gets bored when he’s around. You can have a talk with him for a considerable length of time about almost anything you can think of.
He is a passionate reader, typically gets through about four newspapers a day. He peruses all the articles, but mainly the current affairs ones.
He says that reading allows him to take a gander at things from alternate points of view and afterward he can derive his own opinions on breaking news and current topics.
You can chat with him about legislative issues, sports, business, Hollywood gossip, and numerous different things and you will be shocked at his insight.
Although he is now retired, he has an extremely active life. He gets up early at the beginning of the day and goes to an adjacent park where numerous seniors like him come and talk with one another.
I think my grandfather is an impressive individual. I’m exceptionally proud of him. A significant number of my relatives and neighbors come to him for guidance. He cherishes the time with them and is exceptionally upbeat when he is accompanied by others.
You can always count on him to make you rethink your own opinions. For example, we were talking about renewable energy the other day, something which I previously thought was a great idea. But he explained that it’s not sustainable in the long run and that nuclear power is a better option because it requires less space, is more reliable, and kills or endangers less wildlife.
It made me think. It’s a point of view that contrasts with the popular belief that renewables are the future. But his argument has evidence to back it up too.
He loves meeting new people and comparing them. In this way, my grandfather is a most interesting individual and has many intriguing thoughts and feelings which have been developed through self-education, reading, and careful thought.
