This essay will discuss both perspectives and argue that, while teachers significantly influence learning, it is ultimately the student's own efforts that determine academic success.
On one hand, high-quality teachers play a vital role in shaping students' academic achievements. Experienced and well-trained educators possess the knowledge and skills to present complex information in an accessible manner, adjust their teaching methods to individual learning styles, and provide constructive feedback. A student with a strong desire to succeed will find ways to learn and excel, regardless of the external circumstances.
